I help senior leaders make difficult, cross-functional decisions about the operating system of work, and carry those decisions into real governance, behavior change, and measurable outcomes. I work at the intersection of people, place, technology, and organization, an area that rarely has a single, accountable voice. I call that role the Chief of Work.
I've spent over 20 years being the person in the room who asks the question no one else will, and staying until the answer becomes action.
