Through The Workline and PK Consulting, I help cross-functional leaders clarify purpose, set operating norms, and instrument what matters—so change becomes an operating rhythm, not a slide deck.

As Founder of PK Consulting and The Workline, Phil advises cross-functional leaders at the intersection of real estate, employee experience, and technology—translating workplace and ways-of-working ambition into clear decisions, practical operating norms, and measurable change.

At McKinsey, Phil was a Senior Expert in Real Estate and Organizational Performance. He advised hundreds of executives on talent and workplace strategies and pioneered research on the purpose of the office and the organizational health impact of hybrid work.

At WeWork, Phil was VP of Enterprise Experience and Workplace Strategy. He built a team of 25 strategists in 7 countries, created WeWork's first change management methodology, and developed mixed-method research frameworks to improve Enterprise client projects.

At JLL, Phil was a Senior Vice President and managed the Workplace Strategy Consulting practice for the northeast United States. He led multiple national workplace change management programs and developed headquarters design and experience strategies.

At Credit Suisse, Phil was the Global Head of Workplace Effectiveness. He co-created the award-winning “Smart Working” program that improved employee engagement, reduced voluntary attrition, and increased building capacity. Prior to his workplace strategy role, Phil was an expense efficiency program manager and cybersecurity officer.
